Got to Shanijanistore.com:

1. Select the product you want to buy
2. Choose product variants if any
3. Click on “Add to Cart” Button
4. Click on “Checkout” and fill the required information
5. Click on “Place Order”

Go to “Track Order” and provide your ‘Order ID’ and ‘Email’ and click on ‘Track’. You can also contct customer support for your order tracking.

Sign in to “My Account’ to view your order history. Click on the order you wish to view to see the details.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped at our end. Order cancellation depends on shipping status. Send your order cancellation request to info@shanijanistore.com. Once we receive your Order Cancellation request, we will get in touch with you within 24 hours regarding the status of your order and confirm whether the order can be cancelled or not. 

If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package will be returned to us by the delivery partner. Please check your address carefully before placing a new order. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, please log in to your online account and update the relevant fields. If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the products, the delivery agent will leave an “unable to deliver” note at the address and the recipient should follow the instructions on that note to arrange redelivery of the products.

You can exchange your faulty or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery. But remember, you have to pay the delivery charges if you return  any product to us.
