Delivery
- We ship to almost any address in Pakistan.
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and scheduled for delivery after confirmation.
- Delivery timing depends on stock availability and payment confirmation..
- The expected delivery time for orders is 3 to 10 working days.
- Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver a parcel.
Returns
- We allow our customers to exchange or return their purchased items once.
- Any purchased product can be exchanged within 10 days of receipt from the courier if; the item is faulty, broken, or defective at the time of delivery, or if it does not match the product’s specifications.
- Delivery charges to exchange an item will be paid by the customer.
- Colours may slightly vary from the original products due to photoshoots and different screen resolutions. Such exchange requests will not be acceptable.
- A replacement will be sent if a defective/faulty/damaged item is shipped.
- Photographic evidence of the defective item should be emailed to info@shanijanistore.com
- Exchanging is allowed if the product is unused, unbroken, the packing is in its original condition
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges, including but not limited to:
- Exchange requests are made outside the specified time frame.
- Product damaged or broken due to use.
- The product has been tampered.
